You can check the availability online. The calendar is usually up-to-date, however, we do not guarantee bookings even if it shows available. All reservations are on request basis only.


A deposit is required at the time of booking for the reservation to be confirmed. The deposit can be paid through We will send you an electronic invoice, which will allow you to pay the deposit using your credit card. You can make PayPal payments with or without having a PayPal account. If you prefer to pay by bank, we will provide you with the account number and the international bank codes that you will need.


The minimum stay requirement is two nights. Rates are inclusive of all applicable taxes. Rates and conditions may change without notice.

Cancellation Policy

The cancellation charges are:

  • 50% of that deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made 14 days or more before arrival date
  • 20% of the deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made 7-14 days before arrival date
  • No refund if cancellation is made within 6 days of arrival.
  • No refunds in case of shortening your stay after arrival.

You may wish to take out a travel/cancellation insurance to cover for the cancellation charge in case you have to cancel involuntarily.

Check in and check out

Check in time is after 2 pm, check out time is at 11am. When you inform us of your estimated arrival time and/or your flight details we can ensure that we are onboard to welcome you.

Sending us your reservation request

We will respond with availability and a price quote. If you then would like to make the reservation, we will make a temporary reservation for you and send you an invoice for the deposit at the same time. Payment within 24 hours then automatically confirms your reservation. Payment of the balance is due in cash upon arrival, or you can choose to pay the balance before arrival through PayPal.
